In this course, you’ll develop:
- Fundamental Postures: Learn how to form and maintain effective stances for balance, readiness, and efficient movement.
- Control and Presence: Train how to hold space, stabilize your point, and prepare for dominance in the bind.
- Approach Mechanics: Explore how to safely and effectively move toward your opponent while maintaining threat and structure.
- Constraint: Discover how to limit your opponent’s options through line control, positioning, and pressure.
Each class builds practical, repeatable habits with solo and partnered drills to strengthen your body and sharpen your strategic positioning.
