17th century Rapier Plays à la Academie Duello (Rapier Apprentice)

Taking inspiration from Masters of old.

This month we are going to look at plays from different rapier masters and how we can use them within our system. While still staying in the realm of “Italian” 17th century rapier, we are casting the net broad, including Masters that were influenced by the German and Spanish traditions. Each week we will look at plays from a different Master and we will see how their plays work, or rather adapt them to work within the rapier system of Academie Duello. Perhaps not for the purist.
