With rapier we’re continuing our work on guard forms from yesterday, now with the rapier and dagger. Even if you don’t have a dagger at home, this can be done with a stick, spatula, or kitchen knife, or simply practice with your offhand. For longsword we’re continuing our capacity to move between guards, but this time between guards where you hold both hands on the grip to those where you hold the grip and the blade, to those where you hold the sword completely reversed as when wearing full armour (spada en arme).
