Our second foray into ribbon cuts with longsword. Now we’re taking the ribbon cut and combining it with downward X to help develop the ability to move between these two cutting shapes. With rapier we’re working on the facility to attack offline, direct, and crossline. To do this in a way that is powerful and healthy be sure to look closely at the mechanics of knee and hip alignment. This a vital part of your practice.
